My '99 Dodge Ram Sport before putting a new exhaust on the truck. It was just a single in dual out straight pipe when this video was taken. Truck has a 5.9L 360ci V8 engine.

Delorean came out in 81.. the 3rd gen camaro was 1982-1992 .. so technically the 3rd Gen Maro kinda looked like a Delorean

It was a poorly built/designed car when new, a two seat "sports car" with a pathetic 130hp heavy engine in the rear like a vw bug, prone to overheat, etc. Without Back to the Future, it would be ignored like a Bradley GT or Saab. The gull wing doors are the only cool thing about it. It looked good in 1985. The Corvette looked great in 1985 and still does.

@@EdmundSampson-pd7vi Yes but John wanted it to look good and be an econobox at the same time.Since a lot of the car was lotus and everything else he should of went with the lotus engine instead of the volvo engine.

Can someone please tell me if there were any other thing that was add to this 97 gt other than the BBK off-road x pipe with loudmouth 1? I have the 96 mustang gt and I have the bbk off-road xpipe but it was with the 10 series Flowmaster. Just today... I took the flowmaster off and put the loudmouth shotgun resonator part number 31062 and it seems to me that l'm not getting that same tone u have. My car has no catts. Can you tell me if there's anything else I need to do to get the same tone you have?
That’s all that was done to this car. Nothing else. I will say I absolutely hated this exhaust compared to when it had Flowmasters on it. This exhaust was too raspy at higher RPMs than I had liked.

This is how the DeLorean should've been. A small block 350 of the era would've been better fit when this car came out. Sounds great with the LS and I'm sure is much more fun to drive too!

Thanks! It has the stock DeLorean 5-speed with an upgraded coupler and a stock DeLorean clutch with a Nissan 350z pressure plate from Jim Wolf Technology

So what ever happened to this car after the restoration? Are there any photos of it and does anyone know where that car is today?
This car was never restored. Frame was used to saved 5788. Some interior pieces were used on 1800. Hood and wheels were used to save a wrecked car. What was left of the car after all of the above, was used to create a flying time machine replica on top of Rusty's TV and Movie Car Museum building in Jackson, TN.

Hell yeah. I'd recommend adding a dry sump oil system to it so you can put on a shorter oil pan and not scrape.
